Only a few years ago, collaborative robots, or cobots, were rolled out to demonstrate their viability in welding applications. An operator—who didn’t need to be a welder—could take the cobot, teach it by moving it along the prospective weld path, and start the welding process.

On Wednesday, November 1st, 2024, in a remarkable achievement, Emily Piatt, Senior Project Engineer at Cincinnati Inc., was honored with the CAMX Outstanding Technical Paper Award for her groundbreaking work on The Gantry Project.

The Scott Warning Memorial Race held a deeper meaning for Joe Warning as it honored the memory of his father, who sadly lost his battle with cancer in 2017. Scott Warning was a beloved figure in the racing community, known for his kindness and willingness to help anyone involved in the sport. Racers from all across the tri-state area and even from different parts of the country came together to pay tribute to this remarkable man.
