This presentation will explore six key steps that shops can take to improve an operator’s experience and help combat turnover problems that are common in the industry. (Topics that range from ergonomics to machine operating vantage points to job routings and remote monitoring will be explored.) Job routings, remote monitoring, ergonomics, and machine operating vantage points will be among the topics covered. You will leave this session with new tools and ideas to implement with operators to help them own their processes and have a better overall work experience.

This incredible organization provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children, and builds custom-designed smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. We believe in their mission and are dedicating a special part of our booth to raise awareness and support for their vital work.
