Electric Press Brake Combines Versatility and Durability with Mobility
Cincinnati Incorporated (CI) will have its versatile fabrication arsenal on display this Fall at the upcoming FABTECH show and conference (November 16-18, Las Vegas). Joining the company’s fiber laser and additive manufacturing exhibits at the show will be CINCINNATI’s portable electric press brake, the GOFORM.
Ideal for both simple and complex parts up to 1/4” thick and less than 50 pounds, GOFORM is built to meet the rigorous demands of multi-shift operations. With large touchscreen control, PC-based 3D graphics, and bend simulation GOFORM is uniquely portable, versatile, and durable. Like all CINCINNATI press brakes, GOFORM guides the operator though complex setups and part handling sequences minimizing setup time and reducing errors.
Additional Features Include:
- Accommodates American, European, & WT Tooling Styles
- +/- 0.0002" Ram Repeatability
- 10” Stroke – 17” Open Height
- Dynamic Thickness Compensation (DTC)
- 6 axis Backgage
- Quick clamp system
- 22” Gage Depth
- 2 Year Parts Warranty
CINCINNATI Product Manager, Todd Kirchoff comments:
“At just over 6,000 pounds GOFORM is easily moved and quickly put into production without being bolted to the floor. This provides fabricators with on-demand metal forming along with the flexibility to make changes to shop floor configurations. With floor space at a premium the ability to quickly respond to changing workflow, special orders, or tight production schedules can be a clear competitive advantage. An innovative feature of the GOFORM is its ability to measure the bend angle and make corrections to produce accurate bends every stroke. The GOFORM Electric Press Brake is another example of how we are working to solidify our reputation as a leader in the metal fabrication industry.”
