COURSE OBJECTIVES:   This class is designed to provide classroom and hands-on instruction for the proper use and safe operation of the Maxform Press Brake.   TOPICS:   Safety   Fundamentals of Forming   Introduction to the Maxform Press Brake   Bending Mode Selection   Programming   Fault Messages   Gage Set-Up & Operating Techniques   Hands-On Operation   RECOMMENDATIONS:   To help maximize the return on your equipment investment, CINCINNATI recommends the individuals you assign to operate the press brake have: Metal forming experience Familiarity with Windows® based operating system   LIMITATIONS:   Training for machines with an earlier VME Control must be done at customer’s facility.   LENGTH:   3.0 Days with an optional 4th day available for Adaptive, CAD Design Control Software and operator introduction to Bend Simulation Programming Software (A separate 2-day class is available for Bend Simulation Programming Software Training)
