COURSE OBJECTIVES:   This class is designed to provide classroom and hands-on instruction for the proper and safe maintenance of the Form Master II Press Brake.   Classroom instruction and hands-on machine sessions are employed to meet our objectives. All aspects of the Form Master II mechanical, hydraulics and electronics are addressed.   The training will focus on machines shipped since October 1999. However, we will provide ample time during the session to field questions concerning earlier versions.   TOPICS:   Safety   Introduction to the Form Master II Press Brake   Routine maintenance procedures   Perform basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment   Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments   LIMITATIONS:   Training must be done at customer’s facility.   LENGTH:   4.0 Days
