COURSE OBJECTIVES:   This class is designed to provide classroom and hands-on instruction for the proper and safe maintenance of the CBII Press Brake.   Classroom instruction and hands-on machine sessions are employed to meet our objectives. All aspects of the CBII mechanical, hydraulics and electronics are addressed.   TOPICS:   Safety   Introduction to the CBII Press Brake   Routine maintenance procedures   Perform basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment   Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments   LIMITATIONS:   Training must be done at customer’s facility.   LENGTH:   3.0 Days
