COURSE OBJECTIVES:   This class is designed to provide classroom and hands-on instruction for the proper and safe maintenance of the Autoform Press Brake.   Classroom instruction and hands-on machine sessions are employed to meet our objectives. All aspects of the Autoform mechanical, hydraulics and electronics are addressed.   The training will focus on current PC Touchscreen Control version of Autoform Press Brake machines shipped since April 2001. However, we will provide ample time during the session to field questions concerning earlier versions.   TOPICS:   Safety   Introduction to the Autoform Press Brake   Routine maintenance procedures   Perform basic problem diagnosis using appropriate test equipment   Procedures for parts replacement, including applicable calibration and adjustments   LIMITATIONS:   Training for machines with earlier VME Control must be done at customer's facility   LENGTH:   5.0 Days
