Cincinnati Incorporated, a national machine tool manufacturer with worldwide recognition is currently seeking a Field Service Technician in Canada to service our machines in customer facilities. We're looking for a dynamic and technically strong individual to troubleshoot, repair and install Press Brakes and Shears for our customers.
We're looking for a dedicated, motivated employee with 2 or more years experience in the repair of large industrial machinery and a superior working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, CNC and PC control repair. A 2 yr. degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or other related technical field, or four years military experience in the mechanical/electrical field is desired.
Frequent overnight travel will be required, but most weekends are at home. Must live in Canada. Primary responsibility will be for customer service in the Canadian Market, but willing to travel beyond as needed. You must possess excellent communication and PC skills, along with a clean driving record and valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background and drug screen.
- 2 yr degree or 4 years of military experience in mechanical and/or electrical field.
- 2 or more years industrial machinery troubleshooting experience and/or field service experience.
- Excellent communication and professional customer service skills.
